Pre-K Report Cards and Assessments FREE Download Transitional Kindergarten Parent Teacher Conferences
Assessments and report cards can be stressful and overwhelming in pre-kindergarten.
Many forms I have used were complicated and not user friendly.
Parents had a hard time understanding and seeing what was even expected and being tested.
My goal was to create an easy to understand report card format that also made assessing students a lot easier on the teacher.
This kit has everything you need!
It is now so easy to assess students and record report cards in pre-k.
Please note: I also have this exact kit available for preschool with different standards.
I have broken down all the skills and standards we cover into four quarters, including both academic and behavior goals.
What is included?
★QUARTERLY REPORT CARDS
★QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT KITS
★ADDITIONAL GOALS/STANDARDS - EDITABLE FORM
★SOCIAL AND BEHAVIOR PROGRESS
★QUARTERLY GOAL CHECKLISTS
★STUDENT SELF-REFLECTION

HOW I ASSESS STUDENTS
These kits are pre-made and are not editable. They correlate perfectly with the report cards!
This makes is so easy to assess students and document their answers directly on to their report card.
Simply print, place in page protectors or laminate and you're ready to assess students.
All goals are aligned to most state Pre-K standards.
Both the assessments and report cards come in color and black/white for your convenience.
You will love this streamlined, easy to use process!
STANDARDS & GOALS COVERED EACH QUARTER
WHAT IS EDITABLE?
BEHAVIOR & SOCIAL SKILLS
In my opinion, behavior and social skills are just as important as academic goals.
I like to document, share with parents and celebrate their achievements and improvement throughout the year.
STUDENT DATA & RECORDS
How do you keep track of student data and their progress?
This quarterly checklist makes it so easy for both teachers and parents to see a snapshot of what a student has or has not mastered. This helps you to know what a student needs to work on.
This form will also remind you which standards you may need to go back and reassess the following quarter if a student did not pass the previous quarter.
Instead of wading through a bunch of paperwork, I like to be able to quickly see what standards I need to assess for each student every quarter.
READY TO GET STARTED?
I tried my best to make this report card and assessment kit compatible with any curriculum.
It covers the main goals we focus on in, and of course if there are additional standards you wish to include simply use the editable Additional Goals form.
For editing, you must use Adobe 11 Reader (free to download at adobe.com) and basic editing directions are included.
“Great resource for assessing my TK students for progress reports and report cards.”
“I love the look of the assessments and I love how it gives a list of all of the Big Goals to send home to parents so that they will always know what their child should know by the end of the year and they can also see where they are each quarter.”
